Delivery & Shipping

What are the delivery times for your products?

Due to high demand, delivery times may be longer.

Your order is dispatched within 48 hours and will be delivered to you within 6 to 12 working days*.

The delivery time does not include the processing period.

We will do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.

CASAVINO has international warehouses based in Asia. Our team makes sure your order is processed as quickly as possible.

Your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse when possible, so you may receive different packages for the same order.

Order Tracking

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you when your product is shipped. Go to the site, in the "Track my order" section. Enter your tracking number and you will get all the information regarding the progress of your order.

If you can't find your tracking number, don't panic! You can also track your order by entering your order number and email address.

I still haven't received my order. What takes so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time via the "Track my order" section.

Do you have a refund policy?

The satisfaction of our customers is important to us.

For this, we do our best to solve any problems our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not on sale. .
